Welcome to City Beach London!

Our dream is to build the UK’s largest indoor beach sporting complex.

As the first part of our effort, we need to hear from you and everyone else that agrees that sand-based sports (beach volleyball, footvolley, beach football, beach rugby, sand-minton, and more!) are under-served in the UK. Three ways you can make your voice heard:

2. Come to one of our Info Parties at The Windsor Castle Pub (98 Park Road, NW1 4SH) as we discuss the plan for City Beach London.

3. If you play volleyball in London, tell us all about your experiences: where you play, clubs in London, finding courts and more by contributing your information here.

We hope that building the UK’s largest indoor beach will help to significantly improve the UK’s volleyball experience before the Olympics, and along the way, provide a great adventure for everyone involved. If you are a player, coach, ref, club organiser, or someone else connected with volleyball or improving the UK’s health/fitness, we desperately need your input. City Beach London is an organisation founded by Kevin Quincey, an American who has been living in the UK since 2005.  He helped build one his country’s largest volleyball facilities, The Epicenter in Waukesha, Wisconsin (in the American Midwest) in 1995, before selling it and moving to London.  He and his team are now looking to realise a similar dream in England….
